Is Ferris better than SCAG?
the scag is by far a better ride, but I have test drove the ferris with the springs at every corner and it was SAAAWEET! That being said, the tank drives better IMO. I've got a 61" SCAG Cheetah with the suspension deck. I used to mow over 100 acres a week with two of them (Commercial Mowing HOA's).
Which is better Ferris or Exmark?
The Exmark gets it done much faster, definitely more steel in the Exmark. I have a Ferris it rides smooth , but if the grass gets a little long or damp it plugs up under deck. Have to have a loader to lift up front of mower to clean out under deck.
